Paddle Pass Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a Floatin’ Goat Outfitters Paddle Pass (“Paddle Pass”), the purchaser and passholder agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Season Validity
   Paddle Passes are valid only for the 2026 paddling season and expire at the end of the 2026 season. Unused rentals will not carry over to future seasons.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
   Paddle Passes are non-refundable, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or exchanged. Paddle Passes may only be used by the original passholder.
3. Rental Eligibility
   Each Paddle Pass rental may be redeemed for one 2 hour Stay & Paddle kayak rental or one short South River route (Trip 1 or Trip 2). Paddle Passes are not valid for long river routes, rentals exceeding two (2) hours, or any upgraded or premium rental options.
4. Usage Limitations
   Paddle Passes are limited to one (1) rental per person, per day. Paddle Passes may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
5. Blackout Dates & Events
   Paddle Passes are not valid on holidays, holiday weekends, or during special events, including but not limited to Wednesdays on the Water. Blackout dates are subject to change at the discretion of Floatin’ Goat Outfitters.
6. Additional Charges
   Paddle Passes apply only to the rental covered by the pass. Any additional kayaks, or optional add-ons (including but not limited to dry bags, coolers, or accessories) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for at the time of booking.
7. Booking & Processing Fees
   Paddle Pass rentals booked online may be subject to a processing fee. A gift card code will be provided to offset this fee only when no additional items are added to the reservation. Gift card codes may not be applied if additional rentals or add-ons are included.
8. Limited Availability
   A limited number of Paddle Passes are available for purchase each season. Floatin’ Goat Outfitters reserves the right to limit or discontinue Paddle Pass sales at any time.
9. Delivery of Paddle Pass
   Paddle Pass details, including unique redemption codes, will be delivered via email within 24–48 hours of purchase. Floatin’ Goat Outfitters is not responsible for delays due to incorrect email addresses or spam filtering.
10. Operational Changes
    Floatin’ Goat Outfitters reserves the right to modify operating hours, routes, rental availability, or Paddle Pass usage due to weather, water conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or extensions will be issued for closures or cancellations beyond the operator’s control.
11. Acceptance of Risk & Liability Waivers
    All participants must complete and sign required waivers prior to participation. Use of a Paddle Pass does not waive any required safety procedures or liability agreements.
12. Agreement to Terms
    Purchase or use of a Paddle Pass constitutes acceptance of all Floatin’ Goat Outfitters rental policies and these Terms & Conditions.

Floatin’ Goat Outfitters, LLC reserves the right to interpret and enforce all Paddle Pass terms and conditions.
