Paddles Down? Here’s Our Cancellation Policy

We’re all about flexibility, but we’ve got a few guidelines to keep things fair for everyone

Life happens, we know plans can change, and we’ll do our best to be flexible while keeping our schedule flowing smoothly!

Cancellations & Refunds:

More than 48 hours before your trip:
Cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no cost.
24–48 hours before your trip:
Receive a 50% refund or choose to reschedule one time at no charge.
Less than 24 hours or no-shows:
No refunds will be issued. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled launch time.

Weather & River Conditions:

Safety is our top priority. If we need to cancel due to unsafe river or weather conditions, you’ll have the option to paddle the pond, reschedule or receive a full refund.
